Housekeeping didn't clean my room at all.

We appreciated the comforts of this brand-new hotel. The staff were excellent and amiable in case of questions. The venue was in a perfect location adjacent to the Premium Outlet nearby and the restaurants and wineries and other venues and Livermore. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

The breakfast impressed with its good variety and excellent coffee. The rooms are spacious, with a full-size fridge and kitchenette which added convenience. Unfortunately, maintenance was lacking, as some amenities weren't set up properly, and the common areas could use more regular cleaning.

The breakfast had a great variety and the coffee was excellent, making mornings a joy. I really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool and taking advantage of the lovely seating areas. Just a heads up, the hot water for tea ran out during breakfast, but it didn’t put a damper on my stay! 😊

Family with children deserves better
